The President of LWA, Larry White, has been an Administrator and CEO in Chemical Dependency and Psychiatric facilities throughout the US. Larry is a native Californian who has lived all over the country and now resides in Alexandria, Louisiana.

JoAnn Almendarez received her degree in Sales and Marketing and is a Certified Coder with CPC, CCP and CBCS credentials. She is an independent contractor and self employed as a medical coder/auditor, working with many healthcare organizations assigning proper procedural and diagnostic codes to patient records including CPT-4, ICD-9 and HCPCS. JoAnn has done recruiting for her clients for many years. She is now a permanent placement recruiter with Larry White Associates, Inc. JoAnn lives in Houston, TX.

Lynne Andrews is a native and resident of Central Louisiana. Lynne has been a recruiter for over ten years and has extensive experience in the temporary and "temp to perm" recruiting markets. Lynne is now a generalist in the permanent placement field.

Janelle Barbara has been in sales administration and recruiting since 1990 and is highly competent in computer technology. Janelle is a native Louisianan and lives in the Greater New Orleans area.

She has been an RN for thirty-five years - from staff to management - and had her own TV show on health care sponsored by a hospital. Eileen lives in Central Florida.

George Hollinshead has been the Chief Financial Officer in Acute Care and Psychiatric Hospitals in Louisiana, and has been the Senior Administrative Associate of LWA from the beginning in 1997. George is a native of Louisiana and lives and works in Central Louisiana.

Barbie Landwehr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University. She has been a nurse and Allied Health Professional recruiter since 1998. Barbie joins LWA as a permanent placement recruiter specializing in nurse and Allied Health Professional placements. Barbie lives in Southeastern Louisiana.

Pat Lilly has been a healthcare recruiter since 1999 in both the domestic and international arenas. Her experience includes research, marketing and internet candidate recruiting. Pat is the LWA National Accounts Specialist with emphasis on the full range of management positions in healthcare. She is a native of Maine and resides in Maine.
